New project

I have decided to start a new project. I have bought some weight belts for my wrists and ankles and I have decided that i will wear them and go running every week day for one month. I will also try do do sit ups or push ups as running pauses. Except for that I will live my life like normal. I am starting today with a benchmark, i hope i can do some 2 kilometres or more. More update on the progress later on.
