And we go north

The day after dinner with Nils we had planned to go back down to Göteborg but that plan was changed when my mother invited us to come crayfishing in the summer house up north. We could not say no to that invitation so north we went. We got to the summer house around lunch and my aunt and here family were already there. We spent the afternoon preparing the crayfish cages, swimming in the lake (at least some of us, not Yini) and playing with my cousins little children. Then came the big moment, setting the cages in the water. of course the two children wanted to go with us, their mother with them and of course Yini. We set out and everyone got to throw a cage or to in the lake and then almost everyone got to try rowing the boat. There was a bit of a current so it wasnt so easy and the kids were uncoordinated but cute. In the end though, I had to row back myself.

Yini with two crayfish

In the evening we had crayfish for dinner and it was a small but generally nice crayfish party. After dinner me and Yini went out to check the cages and even though we did not get that many we got the biggest crayfish i have ever seen. Yini was as happy as ever. The next day we got up early, had breakfast and headed home on a six houre train. The day after that we went out to the archipelago again and had a nice time this time as well and that, was pretty much it. The last day we didnt do much except hang out in Gothemburg together before going to the airport. Saying goodbye was, of course, hard. We hugged for a long time and Yini cried like there was no tomorrow and even if i didnt cry I didnt want to let her go.
